Terms of service
Last updated 10 Sep 2026
These terms govern the use of Rundown, provided by Jakob Baranowski, sole proprietor (“we”). They apply to the talent agency that uses the service (the “agency”) and to everyone who signs in on the agency’s invitation — its members and the creators it represents (“users”).
1. The service
Rundown shows an agency the performance numbers of its creators, read from the official interfaces of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Twitch after each creator connects their own accounts. The numbers are what the platforms report; we do not correct, estimate or guarantee them.
2. Accounts and roles
Access is by invitation from an agency. An agency administrator can invite members as administrators or managers and can add creators; each role sees only what it needs. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in, for keeping your sign-in method to yourself, and for telling your agency if you think someone else has used it.
3. Creator connections
A creator connects a platform by granting Rundown read-only access through that platform’s own consent screen. The agency sees the numbers; nobody sees the creator’s password. A creator can disconnect any platform at any time, after which no new numbers are read. The platforms’ own terms apply to the connection — for YouTube, the YouTube Terms of Service.
4. Acceptable use
Use the service for the agency’s own business with its own creators. Do not connect accounts you are not entitled to connect, do not try to read data that is not yours, do not probe or overload the service, and do not pass numbers on in a way that breaks a platform’s terms.
5. Data
The agency owns the documents it creates and decides how they are used. Platform data belongs to the creator and the platform; we process it on the agency’s behalf as described in the privacy notice. When a creator is removed from the roster or deletes their account, the data we read from their platforms is deleted; the agency’s own documents are not.
6. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available and to fix problems quickly, but we make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Platform interfaces change, throttle and fail outside our control, and a number can be late or missing for that reason; the product says so where it happens. Support is by email at privacy@rundown.ch.
7. Fees
The service is provided to the agency without charge during the pilot. We tell the agency’s administrators before any fee applies.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit, and our total liability towards the agency is limited to the fees the agency paid in the twelve months before the event. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence.
9. Ending the agreement
The agency can stop using the service at any time and ask for its account to be closed; users can delete their own account as described on the data deletion page. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or endangers the service, and will say why.
10. Governing law and venue
Swiss law applies. The courts of Basel have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law that provides otherwise.
11. Changes
We change these terms when the service changes and tell the agency’s administrators before a change that affects their obligations takes effect. The date at the top says which version this is.
